Philip is a Partner in APR Agency , the other partner being Jacqui his wife. He has owned the business for 5 years, having purchased Central Employment Agency and Zighrett Recruitment in 2005 and merged them in to APR Agency in 2007. Philip has had many years business experience having founded and run a succesfull Agricultural Consultancy from 1981-2003, and during that period had extensive experience in Recruiting staff,which he now puts to good use recruiting for APR clients!

Recruitment Branch Manager
 Charlotte is our Branch Manager and has been with APR since June 2007. Charlotte is a qualified Recruiter and holds the REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice, she is now undertaking an MSc in Human Resource Management and is an associate member of the CIPD. Charlotte is now heading up our Local and National Permanent Human Resources Division, while overseeing our Temporary & Permanent Divisions.

Amelda is our Resourcer & Recruitment Co-ordinator and has been with APR since July 2009. Amelda is currently studying the REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice and has recently completed her NVQ 2 in Business Administration. Amelda will be overseeing all Temporary Placements and taking a lead role in Customer Services.
